DESCRIPTION

Amazon Web Services is leading the next paradigm shift in computing and is looking for world class candidates to help shape and deliver our partner programs within our AWS Partner Network (APN). APN Partners include the largest consulting partners, systems integrators, MSPs, technology partners, ISVs, and distributors that are using AWS as their cloud delivery platform.

The APN Customer Engagements (ACE) program provides the framework for an AWS and APN Partner co-selling relationship, enables collaboration on customer interactions, with a goal to drive successful customer outcomes by scaling through our global Partner community. As the APN Customer Engagements Leader for North America within Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will be responsible for shaping, evangelizing, and day-to-day management of the program, working cross-functionally with the AWS Partner, Sales, Demand Generation, and Marketing teams in North America.
Responsibilities:
· Manage existing and develop new engagement programs to support and enhance program adoption
· Build strong partnerships across internal and external stakeholders to drive roadmap and program evolution
· Work with Partner, Field, and Digital marketing teams in North America to scale marketing programs through eligible Partners
· Provide North America Partner leadership with analytics and metrics-based reporting
· Support enablement efforts for AWS sales, the AWS partner team, and APN Partners on lead and opportunity management
· Document and communicate partner opportunity and lead management process
· Resolve conflict related to opportunity and lead management

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor€™s degree required
· 5+ year experience in channel programs or channel marketing
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences
· Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize well in a fast paced, dynamic work environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· MBA
· Affinity for complex and creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new processes
· Proven track record for bias for action, execution and delivering results
· Possess an enthusiasm for technology
