**Job Description:**


The objective of the Culture Change Advisor (Behavioral Change), SVP is to provide culture change expertise, advice, oversight and support for large, global businesses, functions or geographies in line with the global culture transformation. This role will also provide support and expertise to design, deploy and measure culture change actions to address identified requirements as well as ensure culture change efforts are aligned to support the achievement of our culture target state and feed learning from local culture work back into the cultural conditions program.


**Key Responsibilities:**


+ Oversee all phases of a culture change project with a specific business, function or geography

+ Provide a deep level of expertise in behavior change, leading with a scientific approach

+ Lead the design of behavioral interventions and provide expertise on experiment design to test and measure interventions impact

+ Build strong relationships with and manage key stakeholders throughout the project

+ Work closely with the Project Manager to build out project plans and parameters and ensure adherence to the set project governance

+ Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project phases

+ Work with communication partners on communication plans including messaging, timing, audience, and channels

+ Managing many, and sometimes conflicting, perspectives and influencing to ensure alignment of goals and approach

+ Partner with Human Resource Advisors and the business to understand and identify the project requirements and outcomes

+ Partner with our Culture Metrics and Insights team to design and deploy data collection plans

+ Design interventions to address root cause behaviors, leveraging existing resources where appropriate

+ Set-up intervention experiments utilizing controlled trials as the preferred method and ensuring the experiments provide casual data

+ Advocate for and reinforce Citis culture target state behaviors in both the approach to the work and through the interventions delivered

+ Oversee the execution of interventions including pre and post measurement

+ Provide regular reporting on milestones, deliverables, results and findings to key stakeholders

+ Support and develop team members partnering on projects by providing regular feedback and coaching

+ Active sharing of lessons learned, successful behaviors to scale globally and new external research and trends with the broader team


**Qualifications:**


+ Bachelors Degree and ideally post graduate degree in organizational psychology, organizational behavior or related area

+ 10+ years experience with strong professional experience in organizational development or related field preferred

+ Experience managing large, complex culture change projects

+ Expert consulting and project management skills

+ Strong analytical thinking

+ Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity and senior stakeholders

+ Ability to quickly establish credibility, build trusting relationships and influence senior stakeholders
