Culture Champions (Behavioural Change) Coordinator, AVP

This position sits in the Cultural Conditions team within the wider Accountability, Culture and Talent workstream formed to lead Citis culture change efforts. The Cultural Conditions teams objective is to design and deliver a cross-company, behavioural change programme and aligned learning resources focused on encouraging long-lasting behavioural change. One of the workstreams the Cultural Conditions team leads is represented by a growing global network of culture champions whose role is to help achieve the desired culture state by modelling key behaviours and supporting colleagues worldwide to align their ways of working too.

We are currently looking for Culture Champions (Behavioural Change) Coordinator to support with the growth and engagement of Citis global network of culture champions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Support with the design and deployment of an engagement strategy to ensure champions are fully activated in the firm-wide culture change programme

+ Support with gathering progress updates and success stories from champions to help track the impact of the culture change programme across the firm

+ Work closely with the Cultural Conditions Programme Manager and Cultural Conditions team to share insights from the champions network that will inform engaging content for the firm-wide behaviour change workshops and nudge campaign

+ Provide regular reports on different initiatives deployed within the culture champions workstream and ensure project plans are up-to-date

**Experience and skills:**

+ Experience with managing large, global and complex projects

+ Proven experience with managing/coordinating social networks, learning or culture change programmes

+ Ability to manage ambiguity and varied groups of stakeholders whilst working towards tight deadlines

+ Strong consulting skills and high attention to detail

+ A solution-oriented mindset and strong resilience

+ Very good command of the Microsoft Office pack

+ Bachelors Degree in organisational behaviour, HR or related area preferred
