CSIS Third Party Management Sr. Program Manager

**Job Description:**

+ This role will report directly to the Global Head of CSIS Finance, Staffing and Third-Party Management (TPM) and will support all CSIS regions and programs.

+ Responsible for the oversight of the CSIS global Third-Party Management program.

+ Responsible for driving the implementation of the Citi and CSIS specific directives, end to end processes, and best practices related to TPM in all CSIS.

+ Work across businesses/functions to ensure global, regional, and local alignment to regulatory requirements.

+ This role will drive results and accountability across all levels of the global CSIS team, while encouraging high standards and stressing the importance of continuous improvement.

+ Support the Regional Operations deep dive analysis and provide subject matter expertise to formulate meaningful recommendations and enrich the decision-making process from senior leadership.

+ Drive operational standardization of the TPM program execution through the CSIS Operational Centers in San Jose, Costa Rica, and Budapest, Hungary.

+ Monitor the timely completion of Third-Party controls by Business Activity Owners and other responsible parties, identifying and resolving any systemic challenges with control execution

+ Implement Risk Management Regional initiatives in coordination with CSIS R&C Global Program Office and Regional Stakeholders.

+ Execute analysis, reports, and presentations for Senior Management in CSIS, Global Ops, and other forums outside CSIS. Work collaboratively with various teams across the firm and create and maintain presentation materials, and/or applicable communication necessary for key stakeholders. Consolidate and report all TPM key performance indicators, metrics, and analytics at a global level.

+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.


+ 10+ years of relevant experience

+ 5+ years Third-Party Management experience (sourcing, onboarding, contracting, monitoring, and exit). Knowledge of regulatory requirements for Third-Party Management. Experience with payment processing.

+ Strong understanding of Risk Management principles.

+ Understanding of financial principles and expense management basics.

+ Experience working with and influencing country, regional and global teams.

+ Proven experience in articulating and implementing best practices related to the support areas.

**Education and Experience Preferred**

+ Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred.

+ Any other relevant qualification is an advantage.

**Knowledge and Skills Required**

+ Ability to work with virtual global teams within a matrix organization.

+ Agility to respond to fast changing environment and requirements.

+ Experience and proven success in building new processes/rolling out enhancements to existing processes.

+ Proven influencing, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex topics to a broad audience both in written and oral form.

**Knowledge and Skills Preferred**

+ Understanding of Citi applications/operating systems used within the process flow.

+ Proficient in process management and applied methodologies (understanding of process design, process management, process reengineering etc.).

+ Familiarity with service level requirements.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
