Your Role and Responsibilities
Business Unit Introduction:

IBM's Systems Group is often referred to as the "hardware" division of IBM since IBM's hardware products originate from this group. Systems product portfolio covers a hardware solution and related software solutions covering Enterprise Servers, Mainframes & Storage solutions.
Systems range of hardware compute solutions is one of the most comprehensive and un-paralleled in the industry. On servers, IBM has Linux Systems, UNIX Systems, Systems for AI, and Mainframes. Our Storage solutions are also comprehensive, with Flash Solutions, Tape Solutions, Storage networking Solutions & Storage SW solutions for Big Data.

Who you are:
As Systems Hardware Cross Brand Brand Sales Representative (BSS), You'll be responsible for selling entire Systems HW portfolio to few accounts.
You will also be responsible to develop new clients in this space.
You will be making an impact by developing specific solutions that address client's business needs and deliver client value while supporting brand specific Business strategies. Deliver industry centric business solutions to our potential clients.As a consultative, client facing, sales professional.
For assigned opportunities, you will be responsible for closing the sale and positively influencing client satisfaction with respect to the engagement and IBM offerings. You will be expected to develop a good understanding of the IBM sales processes, techniques and tools over time.
What youll do:
- Engage with IBM's named clients to promote and propose our system hardware solutions.
- Develop opportunities for IBM offerings at each assigned client. Pursue & conclude these opportunities into business for IBM
-Be an excellent partner with these clients for the HW portion of IBM's business with them

*Required Professional and Technical Expertise
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales of server & storage solutions to Vietnam market
- Demonstrate expertise in sales leadership along with C-suite relationships.
- Successful track record in the pursuit of large opportunities
- Validated networking skills that am essential when working with different parts of IBM throughout the lifecycle of a deal.
- Capability to position & differentiate server and storage offerings versus competition
- Techno-Commercial Acumen, to be able to handle opportunities end to end, from identification, through development, progression, positioning, closure & post sale follow through.

- Ability to collaborate with and act as a liaison between our customers, pre-sales solution development and delivery teams during the end-to-end engagement and sales process.
- Strategic account planning and execution skills. Passion and dedication for customer success.
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, handle multiple challenging priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, reciprocal environment.
- Validated consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement.
