Job summary
Amazon is seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and operationally-minded professional to engage with 20+ internal marketing, product, and engineering teams to scale the Creator program. With its network of over 100,000 publishers and influencers, the Amazon Associates program is a global leader in online marketing and one of the largest paid advertising channels for Amazon. As a customer-obsessed, digital and social media enthusiast with technical aptitude, you will build upon the success we have had with top influencers and publishers that are managed through 1:1 relationships. Using your deep knowledge of digital operations and a solution and process-oriented mindset you will collaborate with and influence internal teams to support the growth and innovative technical integrations which unlock new opportunities for Amazon and our creators.

This role is focused on driving success for the Business Development (BD) team and its managed creators, and is focused on expanding Amazon Associates and the Amazon Influencer Program across retail categories. You will leverage key learnings, including through data analysis, and communicate cross-functionally to drive customer success and revenue growth. You will work hand-in-hand with BD, marketing, and tech teams to communicate customer needs and help design relevant solutions and opportunities.

Key job responsibilities
  • Project manage all initiatives/operations that touch strategic categories BD such as managed creators involvement in key events (sales, holidays, seasonal tentpoles and events).
  • Own the VoC (Voice of the Customer) mechanism and documentation for managed creators.
  • Own tools modernization initiatives including migration to web-based platform (e.g., Salesforce) for central management of influencers and requirements gathering for process automation work that improves customer service.
  • Own product curations and ASIN selection to inspire shopping on Amazon through creator content including broadcast segments, publisher articles, and newsletters.
  • Work with data teams on several priority responsibilities such as automating key reporting mechanisms, scoping reporting requirements, and building checks and balances to ensure data accuracy of internal dashboards and reporting that are crucial for business reviews.
  • Own the strategy and creation for influencer onboarding materials in collaboration with influencer account managers and BD leads.
  • Create and execute an internal training program and educational materials for stakeholders and partner teams to learn about the Associates business and how to work with our team. This includes keeping team wikis and SOPs up to date.
  • Regularly dive deep into data to understand customer behavior and contribute to writing business documents.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and proactively help team members to meet and exceed team SLAs, quality standards, and goals.


  • 6+ years of experience in a digital operations or systems support role that interacts with product and tech teams
  • Ability to communicate professionally in both written and verbal form including facilitation and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to understand technical subjects and connect multiple underlying issues.
  • Ability to work across multiple job functions and teams to execute highly impactful business results.
  • Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Data driven and analytics experience is required. You must demonstrate good knowledge of metrics, KPIs and SLAs to pull together business reporting and determine narratives.
  • Bias for action and ability to deal with ambiguity, including problem solving in loosely-defined situations.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities from a variety of internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to deliver results independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Experience streamlining disparate processes and systems into a cohesive workflow.
  • Previous experience using creative and analytical problem-solving skills to deliver complex solutions.
  • Ability to interact with and influence people at all levels and have excellent communication and leadership skills.


  • Experience in the creator marketing space, especially with influencers.
