The AWS Brand team is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Creative Program Manager (CPM) to oversee the execution of creative campaigns supporting high profile, high impact business initiatives. This role will independently manage complex onsite digital campaigns and design projects that deliver on our priorities and business goals. Responsibilities include building effective partnerships with our creative teams, managing production, creative and localization workflows, and driving cross functional alignment within our teams, business partners and external agencies. This requires routinely assessing the content progress across multiple teams and remaining in lock step with internal and external creatives as the team drives to reviews. This CPM will also have high ownership in the structure of team workflows, manage ongoing logistics, and will proactively improve processes for scale.

You must have a strong background in leading creative processes and experience in concepting, production and delivery across multiple digital content types. You will be adept at thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, able to assess and manage risks, understand and communicate trade-offs, and manage multiple end-to end creative workflows. You will demonstrate ownership and bias for action, problem solving skills, and maintain clear and concise communication across multiple stakeholders and projects.

Preference for this role to be in Seattle, but open to any AWS US corp office location.  Relocation to Seattle from within US locations only.




Key job responsibilities
€¢ Independently manage the and execution of onsite campaigns, design toolkits and playbooks for large and complex initiatives with wide reaching impact
€¢ Manage campaign and alignment meetings and creative reviews with senior stakeholders and partners
€¢ Own overarching team workflows and processes in partnership with creative leads, campaign managers, business partners and other creative managers. Continue to define and improve on existing processes and utilize tool solutions for better efficiently.
€¢ Partner with and manage internal creative teams and / or external partners or agencies
€¢ Manage creative asset , production, & delivery across digital and brand
€¢ For multi-country-- collaborate with partners across locales to share learnings, identify bottlenecks, and support initiatives
€¢ Proactively collect and share best practices and playbooks with creatives and campaign teams
€¢ Deep dive into project requirements gaining understanding of needs for projects that may at times be ambiguous

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

€¢ 3+ years as a creative program or project manager, producer, or account lead in a creative agency or similar experience
€¢ 3+ years experience managing or working within cross-functional and creative teams
€¢ 3+ years experience in digital and content production timelines and process
€¢ Bachelor€™s degree or 4+ years additional relevant agency or creative experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

€¢ Knowledge of brand design and campaign processes and timelines
€¢ Knowledge of or photo shoot details and production timelines
€¢ Knowledge of Adobe design including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
€¢ Global or multi-country localization and/or transcreation experience
€¢ Knowledge and proficiency with Project tools
€¢ Experience with brand strategy

The base salary pay offered for this position in Colorado is ($120,500 - 163,000/yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
