Greenberg Traurig’s Boston office is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate with 4-7 years of experience. We offer a competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.

Practice Summary:

Our Banking & Finance group has extensive experience representing clients in many types of financing transactions. We understand the typical objectives of financial institutions’ lending programs and offer an experienced perspective through our lawyers’ knowledge of the financial services industry, market conventions, and business cycles. We also have a strong practice representing borrowers in all types of commercial loans and other financial transactions. Our experience and understanding of market standards and the expectations and concerns of various types of lenders with regard to a variety of financing transactions contribute to our ability to assist borrower clients effectively and efficiently.

Job Requirements:

The Corporate Finance Associate should have experience with a variety of financing transactions, including asset-based loans, cash flow loans, second lien, “tranche-B”, and junior debt financings.  Candidate should possess a strong academic background and be skilled at research and writing, be willing to take on significant responsibility and client interaction, and be diligent, proactive, supportive and team-oriented. Must be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar or eligible for admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
