Who We Are

The Corporate and Workplace Solutions Division (CWS) is comprised of Corporate and Workplace Solutions and the Office of Global Security. Our team focuses on commercial management, client support, advisory solutions, strategic planning, risk management, people security, real estate strategy and the enablement of collaboration and productivity tools across the firm.

 

Corporate and Workplace Solutions

We deliver a world-class work experience and environment, managing the firms corporate real estate strategy, client engagement solutions, essential commercial and risk management functions and flexible digital workstyles that drive the firms operating efficiency and productivity.

 

How Were Organized

 

Real Estate - Encompasses end-to-end strategic real estate work from transactions to facilities. Departments include Real Estate Strategy, Real Estate Development and Facilities.

 

Spend Management - Aligns all commercial advisory and risk management functions that drive operating efficiency. Departments include Product Finance, Strategic Sourcing, Third Party Governance, Procure to Pay and Infrastructure & Transformation.

 

Client Engagement - Reflects partnership with internal clients in developing and delivering world-class solutions for the firm. Departments include Document Management, Events, Hospitality and Travel.

 

CWS Engineering - Aligns all engineering functions integral to the successful performance of the division. Departments include Workplace Engineering, Client & Production Engineering, Corporate Engineering and Spend Management Engineering.

 

Divisional Management (COO) - Aligns division-wide functions to drive strategic cohesiveness, consistency and efficiency. Departments include Business Unit Management, Communications and User Engagement, Risk and Environmental, Social & Governance.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Key Responsibilities include leadership of:

 

  • Global Project Management / Change Management / Transformation
  • Management of vendor oversight for global portfolio of ~500 vendors
  • Quality Management of service delivery and client experience
  • Data and analytics

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-8 years leadership experience in similar fields
  • Proven Change Management experience in a global organization including technical, service-related and organizational projects
  • Good working knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies and project life cycles
  • Third party management experience such as vendor, contractor, professional services etc.
  • Experience of data and analytical techniques to drive insight
  • Proven success at team-building and talent development
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills \u2014 essential for interacting with key stakeholders so as to manage, inform and influence successful outcomes
  • Proven influencing skills to take global stakeholders on journey of change and deliver to it
  • Technical and operational problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels within the firm
  • High level of maturity, demonstrated ability to manage confidential information, and impeccable judgment
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure; able to manage and execute effectively on multiple, time-sensitive projects, with keen sense of urgency
  • Openness to feedback and strong self-awareness
  • Strong detail orientation \u2013 highly organized with excellent follow-through and delivery

While this is not an operational role having experience of managing operations will be an advantage
