Invent and inspire customer experiences and user flows that are radically consistent, curiously easy, and bold by design.

Partner with Creatives, Strategists and Project Managers and other team members to develop effective end-to-end customer experiences across all channels.

Have a deep understanding of the Citi product offering, the market in which Citi operates, and the target customers.

Develop original messaging concepts and unexpected creative solutions that uphold the personality and intent of the Citi voice.

Understand customer goals, business requirements, technical constraints, and be able to work within project parameters.

Embrace and apply Design Thinking principles with agile methods

Manage multiple work streams with varying timelines and complexity with authority and passion.

Package creative concepts and present to internal stakeholders in persuasive, articulate and compelling ways -- charismatic story telling skills are a must.

Support the SVPs, Directors and Managing Directors in the overall growth and development of the Design capability across the company.

Manage the career development of cross-discipline resources and be a motivating and inspiring force in the Agency that gets the best performance out of people.

Develop content strategies through content inventories, current-state analysis, site audits, competitive assessments, user testing, and Website metrics

Simplify the customer experience through succinct, thoughtful and personalized messaging

Be the voice of the customer and a champion for world-class brand experiences.


8+ years experience writing for web and mobile experiences with an understanding of responsive design, iOS and Android platforms. Print experience is a plus.

Proven leadership and management skills with multiple direct reports across multiple projects

Associates or Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Film or related field.

Excellent command of grammar, word usage, syntax, and common colloquialisms

Advanced-level knowledge of Word, Excel, In-Design and other common software platforms

Portfolio that represents a range of writing styles, subject matter, and length

Experience presenting work to clients and stake holders

Experience working in Agile Methodologies and Design Thinking

Appreciation for interaction design, site architecture, and designing intuitive user interfaces and navigation.

Experienced knowledge of the possibilities and limitations of web technologies. Knowledge of mobile platforms and technologies is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills and can articulate creative concepts to the internal team and clients.

Strong organization and time management skills.

Exceptional attention to detail.

You are open, honest and direct in your approach to giving feedback and managing teams.
