This position will support the Electrophysiology Program Management group with a wide rang of responsibilities.  The coordinator will work very closely with the entire team of program managers with activities including meeting planning, meeting support, legal contract approvals, document change control, meeting minutes and agendas, meeting presentation content, Travel planning, etc. Prior experience working in medical device product development environment is a requirement.

Qualifications required:

  • Associate degree or higher
  • Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Product Development

    Additional consideration will be given to candidates with the following skill sets

    • Documentation change control
    • Microsoft Project
    • Legal contracting
    • Medical device environment
    • Engineering environment
