How will you make an impact?

As a key member of the North American Clinical Trials Division Financial Team. The Controller will be responsible for creating and driving a controllership vision. The position will ensure the integrity of accounting and financial reporting by providing leadership, business collaboration, process knowledge and technical expertise.

What will you do?

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead the accounting operations for multiple sites
  • Responsible for the preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP
  • Oversee the monthly and quarterly close processes with a focus on driving improvement
  • Establish, monitor and maintain controls that verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data
  • Provide cash flow analysis and monthly forecasts
  • Develop and executes the vision for the accounting function, identifying process improvements
  • Responsible for internal and external auditor relationships
  • Experience with process improvement and implementing accounting systems
  • Participate in due diligence and integration for merger and acquisition targets and transactions
  • Work closely with the head of FP&A to ensure understanding of variances to budget
  • Strong business partner working closely with other business function to drive positive change
  • Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
  • Provide leadership and manage daily operations
  • Mentor and Lead a staff of 19 team members
How will you get here?


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • CPA and / or CMA required


  • 15+ Years Accounting experience (10 years as a controller)
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Successful track record of process improvement and system implementation
  • Proactive, thinks strategically and innovative
