Continuous Improvement Methodology Business Partner, North America

As a CI Methodology Business Partner you will be a single point of contact for customer groups and stakeholders within and outside of Roche Services and Solutions (RSS).

What you’ll be working on

  • Lead and influence global stakeholder relationships within and outside of RSS to achieve optimized results and high quality deliverables

  • Work closely with CI Global and Regional Portfolio Managers and Services and Solutions Owners to ensure customer voice in strategic developments and strategies

  • Ensure customer needs are well understood and defined to be incorporated into Continuous Improvement Strategy and Roadmap

  • Identify opportunities to create additional value and improve business processes, systems and tools within relevant customers groups within and outside or RSS

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives with respective customer groups and stakeholders. Continuously monitor and further support service quality, efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Drive Continuous Improvement service offering through effective planning, facilitation and communication customer groups and stakeholders

  • Provide effective communication for Continuous Improvement and take responsibility for projects in different CI areas

  • Capture and make accessible relevant Continuous Improvement Services and Solutions and communicate through established communities of customers and stakeholders. In alignment with the CI Services and Solutions Owners, provide content input and delivery support.

  • Leverage methodologies such as Robotics Process Automation Solutions, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Solutions, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related discipline is required

  • 10+ years of experience in the area of Continuous Improvement or equivalent experience in Business Process Management, IT or CI Methodology

  • 5+ years of work experience with CI Services and Solutions in a global setting

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Strong sense of accountability and prioritization and has demonstrated flexibility to work in an Agile, self-aligning team environment where independent decision making and creative mindsets are valued

  • Stakeholder management skills working with executives and leaders

  • Ability to navigate through a complex, broad, and diverse organization and can liaise effectively with different organizations

  • Entrepreneurial mindset

  • Exhibits intellectual curiosity and integrity and has strong passion to bring value-adding improvement/innovation to the business.

  • Communication, networking and influencing skills

  • English is a must, additional languages a plus

  • Ability to travel for 10-20% of time
