The Rewards team is looking for an Executive Director, Head of Platform, who will be responsible for making our products better, smarter and scalable by leveraging a deep understanding of customer needs, data intelligence, and how to create excellence at scale. Product Optimization includes defining and executing the strategy for deciding how features and capabilities should be developed to drive the value proposition for our customers and identifying and implementing ways to continually raise the bar on the overall Rewards experience.
