**Key Activities include:**


+ Participating in the design, development, delivery and maintenance of best-in-class Compliance, programs, policies and practices for ICRM.

+ Managing a specialized team of Compliance professionals responsible for program execution activities. Oversight for compensation, performance appraisals, staff development, training, etc.

+ Analyzing complex comparative data, preparing and presenting regional and global reports related to compliance risk assessments, and monitoring of compliance related issues.

+ Ensuring consistency, accuracy, and completeness for all reports, this includes liaising with countries and stakeholders to cross check and validate/reconcile the data

+ Reviewing materials to ensure compliance with various regulatory and legal requirements and to ensure compliance risks are appropriately identified and addressed.

+ Investigating and responding to compliance risk issues. Investigating regulatory inquiries, preparing required documentation, making recommendations to senior management on how to proceed, and preparing responses for the regulatory inquiries.

+ Overseeing the monitoring of adherence to Citis Compliance Risk Policies and relevant procedures and preparation, editing, and maintenance of Compliance program related materials.

+ Interacting and working with other areas within Citi, as necessary.

+ Keeping abreast of regulatory changes, new regulations, and internal policy changes in order to further identify new key risk areas.

+ Awareness of requirements, and support the region with MCA, SoC/CBNA/BRCC report consolidation, Issues Management, Breach Clearing, KRI/KPI and Central ICRM Monitoring periodic reporting acting as process advisory, oversight and support for relevant teams

+ Ensure Regional CCCO EMT Scorecard and CER metrics are reviewed and remediated in a timely manner for items which have breached acceptable green thresholds

+ Review Regional APAC ICRM country internal audit reports for a look across to highlight any trends, analysis or CAPs we can create to support, and increase IBAM credit

+ Support ECRM Director for Regional communications tasks such as Town Halls, Email Comms, Regional Calls etc.

+ Lead the Regional COB, BCP, PLP plans annual refresh and reviews

+ Additional duties as assigned (example: future transformation work to implement and support across the region)


**Required:**


+ Knowledge of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks and typologies

+ Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive

+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization

+ Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to both work collaboratively and independently; ability to navigate a complex organization

+ Advanced analytical skills

+ Ability to both work independently and collaborate with team members

+ Excellent project management and organizational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at one time

+ Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

+ Demonstrated knowledge in area of focus

+ Proficient tableau experience and excellent data visualization, creation and organization

+ Experience in engaging with multiple countries and ability to succinctly articulate a regional point of view


**Education required:**


**Required:** Bachelors degree; experience in compliance, legal or other control-related function in the financial services firm, regulatory organization, or legal/consulting firm, or a combination thereof; experience in area of focus; previous experience managing staff, strong working knowledge of function/business/product supported and the related operations and financial requirements


**Preferred:** Advanced degree (e.g. JD, MBA) a plus
