JOB SUMMARY

The Coordinator is responsible for the Ethic and Compliance Department s company-wide training initiatives and to oversee the assignment of course work and tracking of the completion of assigned courses for all company employees, contractors, and others that may require training. This position is also to facilitate the scheduling of any live training session, assist in the development of training content and arrange for the production and distribution of all training materials, including CDs, DVD, and/or Centra learning sessions and consult with Compliance Officers regarding operational questions related to the delivery of the training programs established by Conifer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a key operational position for the management of training conducted by the Ethics and Compliance Department. This position serves as the initial contact point for Compliance Officers and Leadership questions related to the delivery of Ethic and Compliance training.

  • Manage training activities

  • Manage the production and distribution of training materials

  • Coordinate the assignment and track completion of all training

  • Assist in the development of training material

  • Special projects as required Assist in the development of compliance department SharePoint site content

    • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements, and professional work experience with electronic training tools and systems.
    • Demonstrated success managing training development, delivery and tracking for large employer.

    • Highly articulate with the ability to communicate effectively and credibly in both oral and written context.

    • A pragmatic and disciplined professional with highly honed problem-solving skills and the ability to balance multiple projects.

    • Innovative and creative.

    • Ability to coordinate/consultant/instruct with all levels of management

    • Service oriented

    • Experience in interactive training, group facilitating skills and presentations

    • Experience in managing and utilizing an electronic training solution, preferably HealthStream

      EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

      Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience required to perform the job.

      • High school diploma or equivalent required

      • College course work desirable, but not required
