**Job Description**

Would you like to join Fortune 7 CVS Health as a part of our dynamic Compensation team? As a Compensation Senior Advisor, you will consult with Human Resources partners and business leaders in one or more business units to plan, develop and implement updated and new programs, policies, and guidelines to support the companys compensation strategy and practices.


You are responsible for ensuring that compensation programs are delivered in compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements. You will partner frequently with HR Business Partners, business leaders and finance to ensure aligned plans with realistic goals, effective and timely communication and administration.


**Required Qualifications**

Key duties and accountabilities:

You will lead and monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation programs, policies, guidelines, practices and recommend updates that are cost effective/consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives.

Developing compensation analytic, modeling and data presentation to support program design and budgeting for compensation programs and recommendations.

You will deliver compensation advice on job evaluations and pay recommendations as appropriate.

Handling compensation market analysis and reporting process and ensures the delivery of appropriate competitive pay survey data to meet business objectives; and communicates the evaluation methodology.

You will build relationships with clients and key partners to lead total direct compensation.

Advising, influencing, and educating business partners and leaders regarding compensation strategy, programs, recommendations and issues.

You will work collaboratively with internal partners on the development and implementation of compensation communications.

Leading the year-end compensation planning process for merit, bonus, and equity. Designs cost models and analytic to aid senior management in decision-making, coordinates implementation and provides mentorship to all internal partners.

You will partner across functions to lead business unit and/or enterprise wide compensation projects of moderate complexity as applicable.

You have 5+ years of compensation experience OR 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and Finance.


**Preferred Qualifications**

You have advanced technical and quantitative skills, including experience using and manipulating large amounts of data in MS Excel.

You have strong business insight and financial analysis skills.

You have the ability to take on complex problems and applies sophisticated thought to identify creative solutions.

You lead independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.

You lead complex project teams (i.e. acquisitions or new program implementation).

You can effectively communicates difficult concepts and influences others to embrace to an enterprise point of view as opposed to how a program impacts them personally.

Bachelors degree required.
