In this role, you will serve as a member of the Restorative Therapies Group (RTG) Total Rewards team and support short and long-term operational / strategic business activities; develop, enhance and maintain operational solutions and models that will have a significant and positive impact on business decisions. You will partner with all members of the RTG Total Rewards team as well as members of the broader Medtronic Total Rewards team. You will also partners with Sales Finance, Sales Operations and Sales Human Resource Business Partners in achieving strategic business objectives. **A Day in the Life**


Administers compensation and incentive policy, procedures, practices, and programs


Designs, develops, tests and validates new reports and tools


Communicate with numerous functional areas to define robust business requirements related to reporting and analytics


Conducts surveys and studies labor markets to determine compensation trends; analyzes jobs, and reviews job descriptions and specifications; applies job evaluation techniques to establish equitable compensation rates within the organization as compared with rates in industry; reviews classification and compensation changes and makes recommendations with respect to tasks to be performed, qualifications of employee, and company policy and budgetary limitations; provides guidance and makes recommendations to line managers and generalists on all compensation issues; and interprets laws regulating compensation practices


Partners with Total Rewards team members on developing competitive initiatives to drive business strategies


May prepare and deliver employee communications and training programs


**Must Haves**


Bachelors degree and 2+ years of relevant experience OR advanced degree


**Nice to Have**


Strong knowledge/experience Microsoft Office Suite with BI tools such as (Business Objects, Tableau, Cognos, etc.)


Ability to develop, highly functional, user-friendly reports and systems that meet business needs


Strong Analytical Skills


High attention to quality of work and detail


Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment


Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)


Self-Motivated


Ability to work collaboratively across functions and within a team
