Your Role and Responsibilities
  1. Jobholders will collaborate with Commercial Client Reps and Brand Sales to define, design, and detail the technical aspects and feasibility of proposed solutions; deliver Proof of Concept; develop and deliver technical education; support critical situations; design solutions and build long-term technical collaboration with key technical decision makers from early stage of engagement throughout the whole business lifecycle;
  2. When engaged for a specific opportunity or project, jobholders are responsible for the technical accuracy of the proposed solution and engage with client and internal teams to act as a subject matter expert on the clients usage of the IBM service(s) and IBM Software offering(s), resolve technical issues within service layer as a result of clients usage or implementation, define any needed service enhancements as a result of client usage; advise client on best practices and advise on customer application changes relative to the service(s);
  3. Jobholders will provide knowledge transfer on the best practices for using the service(s) inclusive of data design, development advice, and performance tuning; develop reference cases and industry-aligned framework to replicate successful experiences

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  1. Be able to partner with IBM Cloud users and prospects to help them get the most out of the platform and drive increased usage
  2. Be able to work with Client Reps and Brand Sales to inspire successful sales engagement through live demonstrations
  3. Be a subject matter expert and act as an influencer and trusted advisor for clients, IBM teams and marketing team
  4. Be able to use Social Media to engage, interact and influence clients
  5. Be well informed and be able to articulate changing trends in Information Technology, particularly cloud-based solutions
  6. Solid understanding and experience on full-stack infrastructure and platform, DevOps, Agile Development and Technical Operation
  7. Industry knowledge and connections in Gaming, eCommerce, CDN, Video Sharing and/or Realtime Video
