**A Day in the Life**

We offer you a position where in partnering with country/region business you will implement transformational solutions through unique redesigned commercial model, process optimization with the objectives to improve customer experience while optimizing cost to serve.

The role will require connections to people across businesses, functions and SHQ operations to ensure alignment and effective collaboration. This position will be accountable for several programs management which varies in regional scope (within EMEA), nature (commercial operational) and duration- at this point the priorities are on the following 2 programs - Omnichannel strategy for Cranial Spinal across EMEA - and STERILE implants deployment.

The OmniChannel program will consist in defining the European Strategy for diversifying our channels with the objectives of enlarging our footprint, deploying specific value proposition per segment and improve customer experience. This role will ensure consistency with the pan-EMEA Go to Market framework and the Spine Business transformation program. By working closely with multidisciplinary teams you will ensure product lines focused campaigns as well as Surgical Synergy initiatives are seamlessly integrated into the future commercial model.

Responsible for the implementation of STERILE Implants you will engage with Business Operations, Supply chain and Customer service to coordinate the deployment process furthermore working in collaboration with the country/region, function and BU leaders in prioritized countries you will enable and support successful migration to the new model.

The position will report directly to the Senior Business Director, Spinal Technologies EMEA, and hold a senior position within the leadership team.

Must Haves

Master degree or equivalent

5+ years in business leadership

Successful track record in commercial or general management leadership role while having strong affinity for process excellence with a multinational medical device company

Strong influencer/networker with emotional intelligence

Believes in need to have change management as a key foundation for success. Promotes change in and through others

Strong project management skills

Results driven with proven contributions to business achievement

Fluency in English and strong business acumen
