Where the Chemistry Happens


We are seeking a professional like yourself to support the daily operation of BASF products within an OEM customer automotive assembly plant by providing on-site technical and application knowledge. In this role you will respond to customer requirements, enforce product quality/performance specifications, and support new product/application development. You will provide on-site expertise of BASF product and process performance including color management, defect identification, and corrective action as required. Additionally, you will develop and manage customer relationships. 


You will support the efforts of a BASF sales/technical team to assure value to the customer for product technical support, problem investigation, analysis and resolution. You will also assure product performance meets or exceeds customer expectations and supports business objectives to be our customers supplier of choice.


You will demonstrate the technical and professional expertise to enhance BASFs reputation with the customer and integrate within the business and technical community to bring additional value to ECO coatings customers.  You will also control key performance indicators within the product service environment to drive problem resolution and product improvement initiatives critical to customer performance expectations.
