Honeywell\rIntelligrated is looking for a CMMS Implementation Specialist!

The Implementation\rSpecialist is responsible for project planning, database setup and\rconfiguration, and development initiatives specific to New IRIS Project\rImplementations along with ongoing technical support of end users of the IRIS\rSolution. This position will allow for increased oversight specific to\rimplementation projects and initiatives while allowing for maximized focus on\rcustomer satisfaction and process improvements.

-\rOversee project planning, coordination, and scope.
-\rOversee new customer system implementations, data entry, asset records, and\rsetup of all associated areas including preventative maintenance scheduling,\rsetup of inventory stockrooms, scheduled reporting and KPI dashboards, and\rworkflow automation / notifications.
-\rCoordinates and leads project status calls with customers as well as status\rreporting on a standard frequency to ensure alignment on customer goals and\rproject scope and schedule compliance.
-\rCommunicates with customers, both internal and external, on needs and issues\rrelated to CMMS.
-\rData entry and population of IRIS instances.
-\rConfiguration of software application to meet customer objectives.
-\rDevelops and implements workflows in IRIS to meet customer objectives.
-\rConfiguration and development of customer reports and KPI dashboards.
-\rWorks with team on continuous improvement initiatives of the CMMS.
-\rDevelops and recommends procedures for best practices with use of CMMS.
-\rPlan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and work flows\rto enhance speed, quality, and efficiency.
-\rWorks with team to identify training opportunities along with developing\rtraining content and plans for customers both internal and external.
-\rTroubleshooting and ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
-\rTraining with customers specific to best practices and data integrity.
-\rCustomer Support for custom reporting requests.
-\rMay be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Associates degree
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in database management and/or a similar field
  • Ability to travel up to 40%

    WE VALUE
    • Previous\rexperience with CMMS / EAM administration or supporting role
    • Strong\rand knowledgeable in Microsoft Office suite including MS\rExcel/Access/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook/Visio required, SQL experience preferred
    • AutoCAD\rexperience
    • Must\rbe able to oversee, delegate, plan, communicate and train in a professional,\rcourteous and effective manner, both written and verbally
    • Must\rbe organized and safety conscious
    • Ability\rto problem solve and trouble shoot engineering related matters in a fast-paced\renvironment
    • Develop\rand maintain strong working relationships with key clients, vendors and staff.
