Clinical Sales Specialist

Summary:

The Clinical Sales Specialist will work closely with the Sales Generalist, as well as independently, to lead and drive sales of the Critical Care product portfolio by expanding existing accounts and developing new opportunities. The role requires frequent travelling within Germany to introduce, promote, and clinically train customers on the benefits of PALL Filtration. The Clinical Sales Specialist will provide comprehensive guidance on the use of the devices, current supporting literature, and industry guidelines. S/he will provide feedback from the customer interaction to the sales/marketing team that will facilitate innovation and growth.


Main Duties:

  • Provide technical and clinical leadership during sales process by demonstrating knowledge of the drug delivery product uses, capabilities and benefits to customer (50%)
  • Maintain relationships with current accounts and prospects (20%)
  • Develop and deliver product training to customers on equipment (10%)
  • Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and customer training (10%)
  • Use market and product knowledge in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies (10%)

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor`s Degree in nursing or any other relevant education
    • Around 5 years of clinical related experience
    • Ideally 1+ years of remote sales experience (nice to have)
    • Good understanding of I.V. Drug Delivery required
    • Strong computer skills
    • Ability to achieve deadlines, sales goals and quotas
    • Ability to travel around 50%+
    • Good communication skills in German and in English
