Client Services Associate

As a Client Services Associate, you will be responsible for processing all order types and determining requirements, answering inquiries, solving problems, fulfilling requests, and maintaining current and accurate information in all databases. This includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Handle customer phone calls and process phone and ecommerce orders.
  • Assist customers with inquiries or issues concerning orders.
  • Provide efficient response and resolution to all customer requests.
  • Timely follow up and feedback provided for all customer issues.
  • Analyze, review, and process customer requests for return authorization and credits.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure accurate billing and shipments.
  • Create and maintain contracts.
  • Review electronic orders and resolve holds.   
  • Achieve and maintain a positive rapport with customers
  • Collaborate with field sales, accounting, planning, technical support, marketing, warehouse, training and education, and returns department
  • Handle daily call volume and order processing.
  • Ensure that customer information is current and accurate. 
  • Commit to meeting individual agent goals.
  • Contribute to overall KPI targets.
  • Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; and escalating unresolved problems.
  • Continue to learn new technology.
  • Understand the big picture and how this role significantly impacts the overall business.

    Key Skills:

    • Familiarity with standard Computer Administrative Tools (Windows, MS Office).
    • Knowledge of Oracle


      • Participate in special assignments/projects when directed by management.
      • Adhere to compliance requirements at all times
      • Display team leadership with the ability to create and drive effective team working.
      • Highly effective and demonstrated Time Management and Personal Organization.
      • Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever changing team environment.

      • Demonstrated strong attention to detail while multi-tasking to achieve quality on-time completions of tasks.

      • Ability to work a set shift anytime between 8am €“ 8pm.
