**CISO Governance, Risk & Control, and Policy** is responsible for providing governance, oversight, risk management, and strategic planning for CISO; as well as Third Party Information Security Assessments (TPISA). The team is also responsible for CISO Program and Performance Management including oversight of CISOs book of work, maintaining a CISO strategy aligned with industry and regulatory requirements, and CISOs performance management processes to ensure key IS metrics are in place to determine compliance with Citis standards. In addition, the team is responsible for the governance and oversight of Risk Management programs across CISO.

CISO TPM, COB, Records Mgmt Group Manager SVP (C14)


This role is a senior level position within the CISO Governance, Risk & Control, and Policy organization, responsible for providing CISO organization with guidance, governance and oversight for critical risk management programs including Third Party Management, Continuity of Business and Records Management. The overall objective of this role is to facilitate CISO compliance with the Citi Third Party, Continuity of Business and Records Mgmt Policies and required deliverables.


The CISO TPM, COB, Records Mgmt Group Manager (Senior Vice President) is a people management role and will be required to perform all responsibilities related to managing direct staff.


The CISO TPM, COB, Records Mgmt Group Manager independently deals with complex tasks, integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. The role requires application of professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.


**Responsibilities:**


+ Act as a Lead Business Recovery Coordinator for CISO by coordinate activities of Business Recovery Coordinators for CISO COB Entities in regards to completion of all required deliverables in compliance with COB Policy.

+ Assist management in crisis coordination

+ Oversee Business Functional Testing which includes Call Tree, Denial of Access, and Denial of Service (Data Center) testing.

+ Act as a single point of contact for Citi Office of Business Continuity and represent CISO in any relevant forums.

+ Guide and support CISO Supplier Management Coordinators in all external third party related activities and ensures compliance to TPM policies for the CISO relationships.

+ Serve as the central point of contact for Citi Third Party Risk Management regarding the CISO relationships and act as the first point of escalation for any non-compliance to the TPM policy.

+ Manage the records management process for CISO business units from collection, transfer, use, storage to disposal. Report on status of records management process at CISO Senior Level meeting and MCA testing.

+ Coordinate with CISO business units and the Global Records Management Office for the completion of the annual records management attestation.


**Qualifications:**


+ 10+ years of relevant experience in Risk Management, Third Party Management, Continuity of Business, Records Management, Technology/Cybersecurity

+ Strong understanding of Risk Management, Cybersecurity, controls and compliance within a large corporate environment

+ Strong work ethic, excellent use of discretion and judgment

+ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels

+ Ability to influence others and achieve desired outcome in areas outside of direct control

+ Ability to work independently and effectively in a large, global corporate environment

+ Additional Technical Certifications preferred

+ Proficiency with MS Office applications

+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
