Enterprise Security Solutions, including the Pro-Watch Security Suite, is a core strategic element for Honeywell Commercial Security which is addressing a global market estimated at $20B. As the Chief Product Owner for Enterprise Security Solutions, you will leverage your experience with software development in an agile methodology to support delivery of the vision of the end to end product portfolio. You will closely collaborate with product owners, offering managers, business analysts, developers, designers, and other stakeholders such as business, legal/compliance, security, and operations to ensure that the detailed designs and requirements meet the needs of our end-users. You will provide input to build robust business strategies to create a strong linkage between financials, technology and customer needs to deliver outstanding financial outcomes\r\r


  • Identify customer needs (Initiatives)
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform strategy and business decisions
    \r Develop user stories and offering specifications
  • Groom and maintain the product backlog
  • Work with developers to decompose and estimate stories
  • Shepherd features through the product lifecycle from definition to execution and deployment
  • Monitor and measure usage and effectiveness of product features and react accordingly
  • Validate functionality to make sure it works as designed
  • Attend scrum meetings including standups, retrospectives, and demos
  • Work closely with developers to answer questions and clarify requirements
  • Document release notes for new features and enhancements
  • Write acceptance criteria with offering managers
  • Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and delivery teams


    • Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or engineering\r\r

      WE VALUE

      • Five years of product marketing experience in a Business to Business (B2B) environment \r\t
      • \tTwo years of experience of working with Agile/scrum development methodologies\r\t
      • \tExperience developing user personas, use cases, and technical product requirements \r\t
      • \tTechnical background with experience working with the technical components \r\t
      • \tEnthusiasm towards new technology\r\t
      • \tExcellent written and verbal communication skills \r\t
      • \tExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills\r
