Description The Channel Development Professional 2 defines the sales product strategy for single or multiple lines of business targeting specific markets and/or business segments. The Channel Development Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. Responsibilities The Channel Development Professional 2 develops key performance indicators to drive sales program effectiveness and to ensure cost efficiencies. Provide data driven expertise and management reporting to improve sales performance and increase market share. Develop go to market strategies and identify new business opportunities to increase overall sales portfolio. Identify key areas of improvement through trend and utilization analysis. Collaborate closely with business leaders, marketing and finance to ensure effective, strategic, and competitive sales plans. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures. Primary Daily Functions + Work to raise overall LINET program awareness through in-person presentations, webinars, conference calls, Stakeholder meetings, and conference exhibits + Collaborate with internal business partners to develop program communications, including web postings, newsletters, stakeholder emails, and conference advertisements + Oversee the development and maintenance of program training tools such as web based trainings and CE modules + Collaborate with internal team members to develop and implement a yearly outreach strategy + Oversee the scheduling and logistics of LINET outreach activities including conference exhibits and stakeholder meetings + Own the collection, categorization and responses to stakeholder questions/comments + Maintain open lines with stakeholders to identify additional Outreach related opportunities + Oversee the development and procurement of all outreach training and communication aids + Provide outreach reporting including metrics demonstrating impact of outreach activities + Understanding current and pending federal and state regulatory changes and their impacts to the LINET program + Participate in and influencing departmental strategic planning + Travel as required Required Qualifications + Bachelor's degree + Claims Processing Experience + Excellent communication skills both written and verbal + Good understanding of tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc. + Collaboration and teamwork skills + Multi-tasking and time management skills + Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences + 10% -20% Travel Preferred Qualifications + Certified Pharmacy Technician + Knowledge of LINET business areas + Background in Consumer experience improvement + Experience working with pharmacy data + Experience presenting findings to executive leadership + PM experience Additional Information Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 About Us Mission: At Humana, our cultural foundation is aligned to helping members achieve their best health by delivering personalized, simplified, whole-person healthcare experiences.
