Position Summary

This role is responsible for working with clients, partners and Infor consulting services to lead and drive adoption of new processes and technology within the client's organisation, as part of ERP transformation programmes. The role will work with stakeholders from senior leadership levels down through their teams to maximise the benefits to be realised from the transformation programmes, ensuring resistance to change is minimised.

This qualified Change Management Specialist will work with key stakeholders to define and implement engagement activities across multiple ERP related project implementations. The role is responsible for collaborating with leadership around Change Management strategy and monitoring and measuring Change Management activities for each specific project and looks for opportunities to expand our solution footprint and services opportunities.

The Change Management specialist will also support with internal enablement and business development activities within the client base, maintaining strong relationships within client organizations to create awareness and influence. 

Key Responsibilities

    • Guide the advancement of the change management discipline and ensures stakeholders understand and adopt a common methodology and set of standards for change
    • Implement and apply a structured change management methodology within the EMEA organization
    • Support in the Identification & evaluation of the impact of organizational change initiatives on client programmes
    • Responsible for the creation and delivery of change and communication approach through impact assessments, change readiness, stakeholder management, communications plans and training needs analysis on client engagements
    • Implement, maintain and recommend improvements to the Infor change management processes, tools and templates
    • Establish key performance indicators and develop metrics to track execution, monitor progress
    • for key change management deliverables and measure success of organizational changes strategies
    • Collaborating with internal colleagues to support their understanding of change management including coaching in the successful adoption of change management processes
    • Acknowledge and address any client issues and resolve these with the intent of exceeding client expectation
    • Helping with and leading on any colleague engagement programmes where change management or adoption is required
    • Ability to support/lead on End User Adoption projects as required

      • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
      • Minimum of five years' experience OCM experience, ideally with ERP/IT/Technology organizational change efforts
      • Deep experience in change management and/or organizational design areas such as communications, training and support, and leadership engagement
      • Manage small teams (1 to 6), when working on OCM projects
      • Experience with training development tools such as Uperform (Infor UAP), Adobe Captivate, etc.
