Under the supervision, and/or direction of the Nursing Director/Clinical Manager, Resource Nurse, or Staff Nurse performs various duties in the treatment and care of patients in accordance with established functions and procedures of the hospital.

Qualifications:

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Required licensures/certifications

Certification as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida.

Current BLS/CPR Certificate

Skills and Abilities

Good oral and written communication skills in the English language.

Experience

Knowledge of principles of patient hygiene, comfort, safety measures. Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant preferred. Foreign Physicians/Nurse or Patient Companion may exchange for experience preferred
