Description The Care Team Office Manager/Assistant is responsible for the day to day management of the Care Team Office and provides administrative support to the leadership team. The Care Team Office Manager/Assistant will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational efficiency. The Office Manager/Assist is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols and streamlining administrative procedures. This role performs a wide variety of complex administrative tasks requiring initiative, strong attention to detail and extensive working knowledge of the organization and programs. Responsibilities: + Organize office operations and procedures + Coordinate with IT and other departments on all office equipment + Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord + Provide general support to visitors + Responsible for creating PowerPoint slides and making presentations + Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts and office systems + Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office + Assisting with new associate orientation and training. + Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events + Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings + Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory + Oversees heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external audiences. + Organize and manage all details related to arranging internal business meetings including organizing and scheduling meeting rooms. + Maintain and manage travel schedules (scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements) as well as preparing expense reports. + Performs special projects as assigned. + Ability to work independently with little or no supervision. Requirements: + 2 + years experience in office management, administrative or assistant experience + Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures + Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work + Attention to detail and problem-solving skills + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Strong organizational and planning skills + Proficient in Microsoft applications: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. + Experience with managing office physical plant and audio and visual items (scheduling meetings in person, logistically management, and virtual i.e: Webex and AV) + Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences + Ability to balance multiple initiatives and prioritize workload Preferred requirements: + Associate's or bachelors degree + Healthcare Experience Location:This role will be located as a WAH in South Carolina until the beginning of June 2020. At that time, this will require working in the office in South Carolina.
