The Patient Services team develops
innovative solutions to patient monitoring that deliver value to our customers
and diagnostic patients _._ _TheCardiac Technician works within the Monitoring Center and is responsible forthe interpretation and quality assurance of transmitted ECG/EGM device episodedata, creation of clinical reports/data, and communication with customers andpatients regarding this data._

**A Day in the Life**

may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

+ Accurately interpret and annotate device episode data (i.e.heart rhythms, etc.) from implanted cardiac monitors

+ Generate, review, anddeliver clinical reports to customers

+ Identify rhythms thatmeet notification criteria and follow notification procedures

+ Adhere to Quality andStandard Operating Procedures for the Monitoring Center

+ Communicate with patients, physicians, and healthcareprofessionals via telephone, e-mail, etc.

+ Work with and navigate various computer applications toreview device episode data, create and send clinical reports, communicate withco-workers and customers, etc.

+ Performs a wide varietyof non-routine clerical and administrative tasks and may support specialprojects or assignments.

+ Works to deliverday-to-day objectives with significant impact on achievement of results for thejob area. Work involves obtaining or providing information or data requiringsome explanation or interpretation.

+ Other duties as assigned by theMonitoring Center Manager

**_*Job role is on-site in Minnesota.Remote work and/or relocation is not available for this position. In this position you will be working 40 hoursper week. The shifts may include 12 (7AM 7PM) hour shifts and rotating weekend coverage (7AM 4PM)._**

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

+ Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience(cardiac monitoring in an acute setting, physician practice, or other relevantenvironment)

+ High School Diploma

+ CRAT or CCT certification obtained within 60days of employment

**Nice to Have**

+ CollegeDegree in healthcare or science related field

+ Significantlevel of Physician, Allied Healthcare Professional and Patient interaction

+ Experiencesuccessfully communicating/interfacing with patients and/or customers
