The Captain oversees the safe and efficient operation of BBAD Flight Ops demonstration aircraft and operating procedures. Responsible for the safe conduct of demonstration flights on worldwide flying operations, in accordance with Bombardier policies and Federal Aviation Administration regulations. Will also be assigned collateral duties and projects to support the goals of the department.


In your role you will,

 

Adhere to General Work Requirements
Perform duties of Pilot in Command when so assigned
Conduct any given flight with the highest regard to safety of the crew, passengers, cargo, and equipment
Comply with all federal regulations and departmental policies
Learn the role of flight operations pilot as follows:
a. Complete the indoctrination training as stated in the Flight Operations Manual
b. Obtain a type rating on a company product
c. Understand the contents of the Flight Operations Manual
d. Understand the Safety Management System concept
e. Fly in the North American theatre of operations
f. Being introduced to international operations
g. Start completing items in the Training Upgrade Checklist
Complete collateral duties as assigned
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief Pilot
