Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Serve as the subject matter expert to company leadership on matters related to college relations programs at both the entry level full-time hire, intern and co-op level.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for university career services and student groups.
  • Manage the companys New scholars, Co-op and Internship programs.
  • Develop and execute key sourcing strategies to attract talent; organize, plan and attend campus recruiting activities at schools and in other venues targeting student talent.
  • Identify opportunities for leaders to engage in on-campus activities for the purposes of creating awareness of the Navistar employment brand and engaging potential talent.
  • Conduct and manage the campus orientation and effectively delegate resposibilities to supporting staff.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for recent college graduates, co-ops and interns and plan regular activities to encourage consistent communication and increase employee engagement.
  • Identify target schools and facilitate the building of relationships with key stakeholders on those campuses to ensure access to top student talent.
  • Evaluate the ongoing efficiency and cost effectiveness of campus recruiting initiatives.
  • Regularly report on campus activity and hires to determine the ROI.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
  • Bachelors degree
  • At least 6 years of human resources experience
