Overview<\/h2>

i3 is seeking a senior level Call Manager and Video Teleconference Administrator to support an Army Contract. The Call Manager/VTC Admin will provide technical expertise supporting enterprise telephony features and capabilities for IP phones, media processing devices, voice-over-IP (VoIP) gateways, and multimedia applications for a large (8000+) user community. The Call Manager and Video Teleconference Administrator must have a customer centric approach and provide all level of support for the technical and cyber team as well as the user base community. Candidates for this position must possess, at a minimum, a DoD-issued SECRET level security clearance.<\/p>

Responsibilities<\/h2>

A successful candidate will:<\/p>

  • Provide subject matter expertise on Cisco Unified Communications System and Call Manager.<\/li>
  • Deploy, troubleshoot, monitor and optimize IP telephony, voice, and video and mobility solutions.<\/li>
  • Assist and lead the design and implementation of Cisco Unified Communication products.<\/li>
  • Maintain software compliance and upgrades on existing Cisco voice deployments.<\/li>
  • Provide direct customer service and technical support to local and remote users as required via phone, e-mail, on-line systems and in person. Resolve issues relating to the Cisco software, Cisco IP phones, video solutions, and voicemail.<\/li>
  • Ability to take on project ownership and satisfy requirements up to completion.<\/li>
  • Assist other Administrators in the design and implementation of security system enhancements and make recommendations to management.<\/li>
  • Configure information technology infrastructure in accordance with best practices and DISA STIGs.<\/li>
  • Maintains the integrity and security of servers and systems applicable to the compliance of RMF accreditation packages.<\/li>
  • Provides advice and training to end-users and provides mentorship to junior team members.<\/li>
  • Be able to quickly adapt to new situations, have a strong commitment to a team environment, maintain a capacity to work with little supervision, and the willingness to learn new technologies.<\/li>
  • Possess the capacity to work unsupervised and has an ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with co-workers as well as management.<\/li>
  • Monitor, evaluate, and maintain systems and procedures to safeguard information systems, networks and databases.<\/li><\/ul>

    Qualifications<\/h2>
    • BS and 10 years of relevant experience required.<\/li>
    • DoD 8570 compliant.<\/li>
    • Active SECRET Clearance and the ability to maintain such.<\/li>
    • Extensive Cisco Unified Communications System and Call Manager experience is a requirement<\/li><\/ul>
