The MITG Surgical Innovations
(SI) Therapy Development Manager /
Disease State Specialist has pivotal role to drive the SI strategic therapy geographical expansion and
market development, with specific focus on SI portfolio by identifying key
geographies, developing and implementing in-country strategies.

That responsibility extends to both short and long term budgeting and
planning processes with on-going interaction with external partners, HCP and
internally with the Cluster SI Sr. Business Unit Manager, as well as SI Cluster Market Development Manager. The
role holders responsibility will also be to coordinate the country SI therapy
development, strategic product promotions, solutions, marketing plans and to
ensure continuous strong growth in revenue and profit. The **Business Therapy Development ManagerPoland** is measured for focus
therapy growth, market expansion and revenues sales in specific accounts.

For this role you need to be located in Poland.

**A Day in the Life**

**Key responsibilities** :

+ Manage and track the Therapy Development and businessprogress in achieving sales and business targets on a monthly, quarterlyand annual basis.

+ Manage the development and implementation of corrective actionsnecessary to achieve sales objectives.

+ Monitor market expand, therapy/ procedure growth in compliance with theFCPA and company requirements.

+ Build long term productive and mutually beneficial relationships with SIkey decision makers and key opinion leaders.

+ Effectively engage and coordinate sales and marketing functions toestablish a coordinated customer approach through consistent communication.

+ Continuously work to gain proficiency pertaining to the industry, themarket, and the companys evolving customer value offering.

+ Ensure close and effective cooperation with Marketing Market Development Team toimplement global and Regional initiatives.

+ Develop a country business plan in line with corporate guidelines andobjectives that maximizes potential and opportunity, for the current year andthe foreseeable future.

+ Set marketing and sales strategies as part of a business plan. Put inplace measures to follow-up and evaluate to ensure maximum sales with resourcesavailable to achieve premium performance.

+ Market development market access plan coordination for definedtherapies.

+ Develop relationships with key decision and opinion makers. To assessmarket needs and follow trends in the business and anticipate futuredevelopments.

+ Pro-actively develop and cooperate in development of all opportunitiesthat increase business for the company.

+ Ensure that quality service is experienced by our customers.

+ Builds a high performing and highly engaged relationship in country customers.

+ Provides opportunities for personal growth and advancement of reports.

+ Builds effective cooperation with SI team using performance managementtechniques.

+ Develops and maintains an effective communication process with MITG team.

+ Leverages matrix relationships to align others.

**Must Haves:**

+ BS/BA degree in marketing, economics, or biomedical engineering.

+ 5+ years professional experiencein Healthcare / Medical Devices / Pharma / in professional experience in abusiness function (sales, marketing, market development).

+ Solid experience in a large corporate environment with a significantmatrix culture.

+ Experienced in managing the fast paced growth environment, as well asmature/commoditized business segments.

+ Market Analysis: Solid understanding of in countrycustomer competitive landscape and relevant market trends affecting hisassigned disease state / related procedures.

+ Customer Understanding: Strong ability to translatecustomer data into meaningful marketing insight, proficiency in segmentationtargeting and definition of stakeholder specific value propositions.

+ Business Financial Acumen: Possesses in depthdisease state procedural understanding, understands pricing impact onprofitability, uses appropriate metrics to measure performance of assigneddisease state related procedures.

+ Account Execution Excellence: Proficient in developing account strategies andtailoring the development of new offerings towards the target customerssegments.

+ Commercial Enablement: Can create alignment within thecommercial sales team and thus optimize market effectiveness for the diseasestate related product portfolio, proactively manages demand planningforecasting.

+ Fluency in Polish and English language.

+ Strong written and verbal communication andpresentation skills.

+ Full clean driving license.

+ Willingness to travel extensively (up to 60% of time).

**Nice to Haves:**

+ MBA and / or additional Healthcare related (scientific or engineering)post-graduate degree a plus
