Business Solutions Manager, Supply Chain Transformation

Who will you work with:

The Supply Chain Transformation India team seeks an expert Supply Chain and Operations professional to drive the identification and development of value chain capabilities. This position requires deep functional knowledge in Supply Chain Product Operations - NPI, Product Life Cycle Management, Offer Structures and broad cross-functional knowledge to engage with rest of Supply Chain functions to drive innovation. The position requires expertise in working with IT Team from requirements through execution, deep knowledge of Supply Chain systems, upcoming technologies like Block Chain and a proven ability to drive transformation efforts across functional teams.

What will you do:

  • Applying business architecture practice to identify operational capabilities, business processes, fit/gap requirements and perform assessments based on the need of business strategy and business structure.
  • Scope new capabilities by assessing function/services impact, conduct fit/gap assessments using Supply Chain operational capability framework
  • Drive cross-functional innovation and experimentation engagements providing subject matter expertise as required
  • Identify, own and deliver Capability Roadmap and Business Process documentation

Identifying, prioritizing, and sequencing value chain capabilities required to enable multiple new initiatives into a multi-year capability roadmap

  • Identifying Key Design Decisions and collaborating cross functionally to drive alignment and closure
  • Effectively balancing Business Architecture with Solutions development through close teamwork and partnership with our IT community
  • Maintaining an understanding of the systems and process reengineering effort required to enable new architectures, with a clear connection back to the business drivers.
  • Experienced professional using specialized expertise in many areas to interpret internal or external business issues and recommends superlative practices
  • Works independently, receives minimal mentorship and direction from manager then determines optimized approach to accomplish work.
  • Uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise discernment and identify creative solutions.
  • Participate in global scope and multi-functional initiatives outside of Supply Chain Operations

Who you are:

  • Deep E2E supply chain knowledge specially in Product Ops - NPI, PLC Management area and broad knowledge across Innovation to Delivery, with hands-on practical experience supporting daily operations in one or more Supply Chain functions
  • Ability to translate strategy into clear action plans and lead teams to a common goal
  • Ability to summarize detailed requirements into a digestible, fluid message that can be tailored for multiple levels of the organization
  • Strong program / project management skills, with prior experience leading large cross functional teams
  • Proven exposure to build positive relationships and build follow-ship, in order to influence others to make decisions and take actions sought at achieving common objectives that ultimately benefit the entire enterprise
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge and practical application of Six Sigma, value realization, project estimating and budget management
  • Requires a BS degree with a minimum of 11 years of applicable experience
  • Industry certification in SCO
  • Masters degree in Industrial Engineering or Business disciplines and related work experience preferred

Business architecture experience highly preferred.
