Purpose and Objective: 

SAP America Inc. seeks a Business Processes Senior Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location (and various client sites nationwide) to provide customers with business process consulting in the areas of recruiting and recruiting marketing.


Expectations and Tasks:

Provide customers with expert guidance on the features and usage of the products mentioned above. Act as the lead consultant on a project, and be able to implement the product for the customer while being the sole consultant on the team. Perform configuration and unit testing. Lead and conduct in-person workshops on configuration and other functional and technical topics. Provide customers with product training, demonstrations, and walkthroughs. Responsible for Go-live, post go-live, and escalation support. Analyze customer configuration designs and make recommendations for improvements. Advise partners on implementation methods to ensure customer success. Assist sales and scoping teams with scoping, estimating, and statement of work (SOW), as well as customer sales presentations. Perform administrative tasks such as timekeeping and bill forecasting. 100% travel required to various client sites nationwide.


Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, HR Management or related field of study and 6 years of experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and 4 years of experience.


Work Experience:

  • Experience must involve 2 years in the following: Consulting in the Human Resources field; SuccessFactors Recruiting Management module Integration experience; Ability to configure and unit test all aspects of the SuccessFactors Recruiting Management System using front end and back end tools; SuccessFactors Recruiting Management module; Read, write, and troubleshoot XML code; Configure all aspects of the SuccessFactors Recruiting Management module; Configure the SuccessFactors platform (fka BizX); SuccessFactors Recruiting Management module best practices; and analyzing customer HR business processes and recommending changes based on best practices and advanced functionality of the SuccessFactors Recruiting Management module.
  • Experience must also include:  serving as lead consultant in at least 3 end-to-end implementations of the SuccessFactors Recruiting Management Module. 100% travel required to various client sites nationwide.
