Job Title:  Business Processes Principal Consultant

 

Location:  Plano, Texas (and various client sites nationwide)

 

Purpose and Objective: 

 

SAP Industries, Inc seeks a Business Processes Principal Consultant at our Plano, Texas location (and various client sites nationwide) to work as an application and process specific expert consulting for one or several specific application area(s) and/or process areas.

 

Expectations and Tasks:

 

Creation of business blueprint; implementation based on a blueprint, creation of test cases; test scheduling and execution; key user training; go live support, and post go live support; support in escalated projects; performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews; support of pre-sales activities (license and consulting); identifying and applying integrated service delivery options; taking over responsibility from time to time as a (sub) project team lead; takes responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasks; perform detailed planning of process implementation; define detailed blueprint for development requirements; industry /corporate process  implementation across all related  applications (SAP/non-SAP, OnPremise and cloud-based); develop and assure quality of process models; demonstrating expert knowledge with modeling standards and tools; and drive deployment of SAP Model Companies for specific area of business. 100% travel required to various client sites nationwide.


Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field of study and 7 years of experience required.  The company will also accept a Master's degree and 5 years of experience.

 

Work Experience:

 

Experience must include 5 years in the following: Consulting experience with SAPs Retail and Fashion products with focus on application areas including SAP Master Data, Pricing and Promotions, Order to Cash; six full cycle implementations; consumer Industry specific business processes; performing business cases; working with the Business Process Library approach; acting as a moderator in the knowledge management environment; acting as a team lead in more than two projects; and as a coach or mentor for colleagues. Experience must also include the following: Retail Pricing, Promotions, Bonus Buys; Purchasing/Purchase Pricing; Sales and Distribution Pricing; SAP Assortment Management and Listing; POS Integration Inbound/Outbound; SAP Organization structure; SAP Retail Master Data (Article Master, Site Master, Vendor Master, PIRs); SAP POSDM; SAP FICO Integration; SAP Materials Management; SAP Logistics Execution; Systems Architecture; SAP ECC Modules Integrations; SAP CRM; SAP BW;  HANA; and ABAP. Certifications required in the following: SAP IS Retail Business Processes; SAP Order To Cash; and SAP WM. 100% travel required to various client sites nationwide.
