**Role Value Proposition:**

Serve as project manager for new initiatives and ongoing annual updates. Manage the end to end process of PlanSmart materials and other deliverables from research to creative development to launch. Materials include print, electronic, video and websites. Be the primary resource for all questions related to these materials including branding guidelines. Support program development team in various new initiatives from concept to launch.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Working fairly independently, serve as project manager for key initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring deliverables are met within specified timelines.

2. Contribute to research and development of advisor tools and other collateral.

3. Manage administrative details including purchase orders, materials inventory, print cost estimates, database updates, monthly newsletter, and metrics review.

4. Establish and manage relationships with vendors and internal partners.

5. Manage compliance, legal review, printing and creative updates of various current and future PlanSmart programs and materials.

6. Maintain Sharepoint database to ensure timely delivery and current collateral.

7. Proactively manage content updates to various customer and advisor facing websites.

8. Work collaboratively across various internal teams and vendors including marketing, implementation, sales, print and creative services to accomplish tasks and meet goals.

9. Perform other duties as assigned or required

**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:**

Organized and resourceful individual with ability to manage multiple projects and assignments with strong attention to detail. Self-starter who can take ownership over assigned tasks and projects


+ Beginner to intermediate in PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe and database (Sharepoint)

+ Experience managing projects

+ 4 - 6 years of related experience

+ Bachelor or Associate degree or equivalent experience

+ Customer-service oriented attitude and methodology

+ Clear verbal and written communications


+ HTML and Google Analytics experience
