The BP&A Lead Analyst is a professional who has a range of operational and programmatic experience in the delivery of products and services, analyses and project management, budget and tracking of expenses, and customer care activities. Requires the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively to guide the completion of task and respond to inquiries timely. Significantly impacts the leadership team, workforce, and partner organizations through effective communications, coordination of planning sessions, versatility in handling various projects and unanticipated tasks, and preparing/delivering various presentations and status/metrics reporting. Provides advice and support related to the technology conversions such as migration to new products such as video conferencing, collaboration tools, and email products. Work impacts a global function.


+ Designs/analyzes complex reports to satisfy management requirements.

+ Deals with variable issues (administrative and operational) with significant organizational impact.

+ Coordinates responses to data calls and plays a primary role in the preparation of the monthly Management Operational Review where HRSS metrics, scorecards, and Service Level Agreements are reviewed.

+ Assesses processes and recommends simplification efforts to reduce pain points and manual touch points to achieve a more effective/efficient straight through process.

+ Oversees invoice processing and other functions necessary to make purchases, request resources, and ensure compliance with laws, rules and regulations.

+ Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate (End to End) to contribute towards achieving business objectives.

+ Provides advanced analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.

+ Serves as a lead in the coordination and monitoring of Voice of the Employee surveys and action plans, organizing strategic or tactical leadership planning sessions, global town hall meetings, leadership forums, allocating space management, and assisting with travel requests.

+ Responsibilities include, but not limited to researching, analyzing market trends and comparisons to benchmark processes or programs against other organizations.

+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
