To support our RTG Business (Restorative Therapies Group) within Neurovascular in the Netherlands we are currently looking for a fulltime analytical and organized Business Operations Specialist with excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, proven operational competencies and natural ability to coordinate activities. This is a great challenge for an experienced person with a strong business operational background, commercial attitude, the entrepreneurial mindset and strong optimization skills.


**A Day in the Life**

We offer you a position where you will be responsible for product allocation and forecasting, process optimization, demand planning and backorders coordination.To be successful in this role you are a strong collaborator with excellent skills to gather necessary information and build trust. Furthermore, you demonstrate ability to work under pressure and have strong sense of responsibility. We are looking for a hands-on individual with a commercial and analytical mindset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required. You are a self-motivated team member and dare to take a lead. You have proven to be results and quality oriented, integer, innovative and continuously learning.


Your stakeholders will be i.e. global marketing leaders, product managers, global supply chain leaders, regional leaders, product leaders.


You will report to Marketing and Operations Manager.


Your responsibilities will include:

Directing the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s)

Leading and coordinating product planning, product launches, product management, market development and market research activities

Interacting directly with product managers to identify new marketing opportunities

Working individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion

Identifying unmet customer requirements and new business opportunities and providing vision and focus to move products from idea to marketplace

Facilitating and coordinating marketing activities with geographic areas to increase teamwork and build partnerships.

Coordinating trade show activities

Website development

Developing future e-commerce strategies, and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions


**Must Have**


Bachelors degree

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (i.e.supply chain, demand planning, business operations, forecasting, inventory management, business planning)

Strong organizational skills used to drive to timely results

Strong interpersonal skills

You are located in the Netherlands and able to work a least few times a week from our Heerlen (Limburg/ the Netherlands) office

You are fulltime available

You are fluent in English


**Nice to have**

7 years + experiencein Supply Chain, demand forecasting, product optimization, Product Life Cycle Management

Experience in medical device industry

Fluent Dutch


You are locatedin reasonable distance to our Heerlen office
