The Business Sr. Lead is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates a degree of responsibility for facilitating product execution and strategy. Provides Chief of Staff support to key executives as part of the Business Management organization.. Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.


+ This role is responsible for providing Chief of Staff / Business Manager support to the Digital heads of Operations and Wealth Management within US Consumer Digital. The position requires a candidate with general management skills, leadership abilities and administrative experience, who can manage and lead a variety of activities geared at helping manage a complex organization with resources and interfacing with multiple lines of businesses. This includes building ties with other business teams. The individual will be a direct report to the USCD head of Program Management & Business Management while working closely with the Senior Leaders for Digital Operations and Wealth Management in their planning, definition and execution of organizational strategy.

+ Partner directly with various players across product management groups, and evaluate multiple sources to develop recommendations on high-priority strategic initiatives.

+ Formulate and shepherd cross-franchise initiatives and programs from conception to completion

+ Help to manage executable strategies, partnering across the organization

+ Establish best practices and principles for the business management organization

+ Program/Project Management - Help provide oversight of the Business Critical Milestone Reporting process and various other executive / client / management reporting processes. Ensure quality, efficiency and accuracy throughout the reporting process.

+ Communication - Work with the team and respective Digital leaders on the communication strategy (e.g. town halls, new hire events) for the department and facilitate the development of communication materials and presentations for senior management, including C-level management, and other key stakeholders as required

+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


+ 10+ years experience in global and complex settings with multiple stake holders

+ Prior work experience in area related to product management, business management

+ Ability to work in a team of diverse skills


+ Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred
