**Description:**


Citi Latin-American has presence in 21 countries and delivers a wide array of banking, payments, lending and investment services corporations, government entities, financial institutions, UHNW clients as well as Retail and Small and Middle Markets operations in Mexico.


The Chief of Staff Team for the CEO is seeking a candidate to support execution of the Global LATAM business and communication strategy by helping the CEO and his team prepare for various internal and external-facing forums ensuring detail briefings are timely provided.


This role will report directly to the Chief of Staff for the CEO and requires an individual with strong business knowledge communication skills and extraordinary writing skills.


**Responsibilities:**


+ Assist the Chief of Staff team in supporting the CEOs day-to-day operations/correspondence and the ongoing running of the Office of the CEO

+ Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all relevant engagements by reviewing/preparing briefing materials and/or talking points; conduct due diligence and analyses to ensure key messages are delivered to and by the CEO

+ Support the Chief of Staff in management and governance activities through building agendas, coordinating with subject matter experts, creating and distributing materials, tracking follow-ups and ensuring smooth execution of the meeting/event

+ Apply a proactive approach in forward planning and tracking of progress leading up to key meetings/events

+ In partnership with others on the Chief of staff team, continue execution of return to office initiatives and communication with LATAM colleagues

+ Support the coordination and organization off all Regulatory meetings to ensure consistency and when required timely input into RET

+ Support the coordination with the Mexico team for all Citi Banamex Board meetings

+ Execute comprehensive communications Plans

+ Support key communications, governance minutes and drive narratives in conjunction with marketing and communication teams

+ Critique documents (external and internal) to ensure they are fit for purpose

+ Proactively support the CEO on developing and communicating content related to business planning, client / partner and regulatory / government engagement

+ Independently craft compelling and succinct document storylines and messaging for various deliverables including preparation of presentations, talking points, and briefing materials for forums, such as:

+ EMT and LATAM leadership meetings, and offsites

+ Citigroup Board meetings

+ Citibanamex Board meetings

+ Regulatory presentations

+ Client interactions

+ Speaking engagements, media, and other external commitments

+ Coordinate with GPA and regularly monitor news and market / competitive / client developments to ensure that relevant insights are captured and highlighted to the CEO, and reflected as necessary in deliverables

+ Coordinate with GPA on internal and external communications and presentations

+ Build relationships across Latam region and product teams & key partner organizations to ensure proper flow of information/alignment of messaging from the CEO office

+ Provide support to the team in the form of ad hoc stretch assignments

+ Multi-task productively and reliably, while managing conflicting priorities


**Qualifications:**


+ 4-6 years of experience within Citi

+ Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication

+ Highly motivated and self-driven, ability to multi-task productively, and result orientation.

+ Strong written communication skills (e.g. experience with board / CEO level presentations, memos, and talking points)

+ An outstanding ability to analyze problems, and communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written)

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with tight timelines

+ Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams

+ Must be highly organized, resourceful and possess strong analytical and presentation skills

+ Sound interpersonal and communication skills are required given the high level of interaction with Senior colleagues across the firm

+ Highly motivated individual who succeeds working independently as well as in cross-functional team

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills; highly organized; close attention to detail

+ Exceptional time management and ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals

+ Advanced Microsoft Office experience

+ Ability to work under high stress condition

+ Positive attitude and willingness/ability to pick up work quickly when/where needed

+ Natural curiosity for Citi the financial services industry and Latin-America
