AVP, Conduct Risk Management


+ Provide oversight of the conduct risk & control framework across Consumer Businesses (1st Line of Defense)

+ Coordinate with the relevant Investigation teams to investigate conduct related cases, for substantiated cases, work with businesses to conduct root cause analysis of any conduct related cases and develop corrective actions

+ Coordinate and oversee the sales practice complaints to senior management in the Sales Complaint Review Forum to review and decide on resolutions to customers in accordance with regulatory requirements

+ Perform data analysis and prepare MIS to report conduct risk issues at various governance meetings

+ Conduct trend analysis and prepare materials/ lesson learnt to communicate to various Consumer teams in relevant forums to improve staff awareness of conduct risks

+ Coordinate and prepare materials for governance meetings and regional reporting

+ Conduct Manager Control Assessment or Control program related testing

+ Support lead on the roll out of new guidelines or regional initiatives


+ Minimum 5 to 7 years in consumer banking, risk and control and/or operations working experience

+ Ability to work independently, prioritize and work diligently under pressure

+ Sound knowledge of internal and external Citigroup policy and regulatory requirement

+ Excellent communication and written skills

+ Good interpersonal skills


+ Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
