KPMG is currently seeking an Associate in Human Capital Advisory for our Consulting (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.


+ Participate in client-facing workforce transformation workstreams to support clients in the following areas: talent development, talent performance, workforce design and architecture, and workforce analytics

+ Work with cross functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation, and project and financial management

+ Collaborate on the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools and resources, and training for workforce transformation efforts

+ Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers, and methodology guides

+ Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach


+ Minimum one year of experience designing business transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices in the human capital space

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required; Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field preferred

+ Prior work managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines, leading conversations, and creating stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues across an organizational hierarchy

+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

+ Ability to travel as needed
