TheAssociate Territory
Manager (ATM)will partner with the field and inside team to service and
support key markets.This role will drive operational efficiencies
within specified territories (i.e., paperwork collection, marketing campaign
support, CareLink software/technical support, EPNP conversion, NPT
generation).This role will serve as a liaison between the field
sales and clinical team, inside sales teams, and customers.

+ Partnerwith the field sales and clinical team across an assigned district and /orspecific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

+ Collaboratewith TM and DTS to review and manage pipeline. Responsible for pursuingleads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize thebenefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.

+ Facilitateany paperwork (Medtronic or Dealer) collection needs with theoffice/patient and coordinates with the inside team. This includespaperwork collection for patient insurance processing, contacting patientsfor information and making sure all insurance requirements are fulfilled.

+ AssistTM and CTM with EPNP and NPT production.

+ Contactout of warranty (OOW) and ship when ready (SWR) leads.

+ Partnerswith Field Marketing Manager, DM, TM, and CTM to drive local marketingcampaigns and events.

+ Fulfilland distribute marketing collateral to specified accounts.

+ ProvideCareLink technical support as needed.

+ Implementstrategies to streamline processes to create a pathway for new patientgrowth.

+ Responsiblefor developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships withstakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.

+ Promotesand establishes education of the company's products and/or services.

+ Conductsmarket research including customers and competitors activities.



+ Bachelor'sdegree


+ 2years of sales or customer support experience (field or inside) OR 1-yearclinical experience in a sales environment.

+ Knowledgeof sales techniques typically gained through education and / or on the joblearning.

+ Introductoryknowledge of company products and services.

+ Priormedical device, business to business or pharmaceutical sales experiencehighly preferred.

+ Demonstrable,consistent success in previous roles indicated by high level of salesperformance

+ Experiencebeing accountable for sales quotas in a challenging, fast paced, changingenvironment.

+ Priorexperience and knowledge of diabetes, unmet needs of diabetes therapies,and benefits of insulin pump therapy and continuous glucose monitoring.

+ Previousexperience in a high volume telesales call center environment.

+ Strongcustomer focus in delivering sales and building relationships.

+ Demonstratedproficiency with Microsoft Office software. Ability to effectivelynavigate through databases and retrieve information electronically.Ability to quickly learn new programs and systems.

+ Abilityto multi-task effectively, and to work both independently and in a teamenvironment.

+ Mustpossess strong organizational skills and the ability to successfullyhandle multiple priorities.

+ Hardworkingdriven individual with effective persuasion skills.

+ Abilityto understand and solve underlying causes of simple or complex problem.

+ Strongattention to detail by being exact, precise, and accurate.

+ Mustsuccessfully complete training.

Travel is required. Must be able
to drive approximately 85% of the time within assigned territory and may
require overnight travel. Ability to drive over four hours
consecutively.Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle
insurance policy.In addition, your driving record will be reviewed
