KPMG is currently seeking an Associate in Customer & Operations for our Consulting (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.


+ Translate business/technical requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the D365 CRM platform and products

+ Provide estimates of the level of effort to implement a solution based on business requirements

+ Deliver input to technical design sessions, design and document technical solutions that are aligned with the client's business objectives

+ Provide guidance during evaluation of a business requirement and how it can be met with either configuration or code and customization

+ Lead the technical delivery of D365 CRM implementations


+ A minimum of one year of CRM experience, the majority specifically with Microsoft D365 CRM

+ Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university; MBA is preferred

+ Knowledge of the core D365 CRM modules with functional knowledge of the entire product suite; one or more D365 certifications required

+ Strong knowledge and experience of D365 CRM development, configuration, and administration capabilities

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to travel as needed.
