**LOCATION: SaudiArabia - Jeddah**


The primary function of this role
is to support the Logistics Transportation function efficiently by
supervise the day to day 3PL operations.
As well the ability to oversee and apply continues improvement principles
to GCC shipments process flow and Transportations flow.


+ Contribute to theidentification, evaluation and where appropriate implementation, of improvementinitiatives within the Transport Logistics operation of the 3LPs.

+ Drivesoperational excellence via KPI management and reporting to ensure efficientLogistics operation that support the business need.

+ Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouses andtransportation operation by supporting, guiding, and coaching 3PLs teams.

+ Monitoringand Reviewing 3PLs transportation performance and productivity reporting andapply continues improvement, cost reduction measures and assist withimplementation of delivery changes.

+ Liaisewith Customer service, sales to deliver urgent/critical orders when needed,resolve issues at customer sites, and communicate changes to the schedule.

+ Identify,report, hospitals receiving procedural changes which could improve efficiency.

+ Communicateswith Sales team and customer service to collaboratively resolve any customer ordelivery opportunities or issues. Visits customer locations and meets withcustomers to address issues and assess delivery difficulty.

+ Build strong external customerrelationships with hospitals warehouses, and GCC accounts.

+ High level of interaction with internalgroups (Customer Service, sales, supply chain).

+ Support 3PLs with various logistics activity.

+ Support GCC deliveries and address areas ofimprovement in the process.

+ Develop analysis of transportation cost.

+ Ensure compliance to all company safety andsecurity policies.

+ Ensure compliance to all company qualitypolicies.

Must haves

+ Minimum 2-3 years work experience in Logistics in amultinational company.

+ SAP know-how

+ Fluency in English is a must, local language is a plus


+ Self-motivated and able to workwith a minimum ofsupervision

+ Work experience in Medical Device or Pharma

+ Advanced Microsoft Office skills required

+ Detail oriented
