KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Process Quality Management to join our Digital Nexus Technology organization.


Responsibilities:


+ Work closely with the leadership of Digital Nexus to standardize, improve and manage the quality of project deliveries

+ Responsible for the development, rollout, and ongoing quality management governance framework and overall quality scorecard by ensuring adherence to all SDLC and change management processes and protocols; responsible for the development of Key Performance Indictors (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) to monitor process adherence in order to attain and retain CMMI certification

+ Conduct root cause analyses and collaborate in the creation of improvement plans for teams and/or projects across the environments, organization, and SDLC falling below the KPI and/or SLA benchmarks; monitor the execution of these improvement plans

+ Guide Digital Nexus and business partner resources through education, training and adherence to the process standards for all software releases, drive compliance and adherence to the established process and quality standards across the organization

+ Participate in the maintenance and continuous improvement of a repository of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, process, procedure, work products, job aids and standards which all SDLC projects, enhancements and releases will use and implement; repository will include traceability and continuous improvement updates based on compliance policies, industry best practices and industry quality standards


Qualifications:


+ Minimum eight years of recent experience in technology software development, maintenance, testing, and process development

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience

+ Experience in conducting process quality assessments; Experience in collecting, monitoring, analyzing and driving improvements in software development life cycle (SDLC) and Project Management life cycle (PMLC) metrics; experience in managing, leading and operating within multiple software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and approaches including DevOps, waterfall, water-scrum-fall, iterative and agile/scrum, packaged/third-party; strong leadership in or understanding of application development, management, and SDLC processes; highly proficient in utilizing process tools like ARIS, Visio or comparable process modeling tools, to develop and maintain measurable processes and procedures

+ Capable of building strong professional relationships with ability to influence all levels across the organization; creative thinker and problem solver with ability to identify innovative business solutions

+ Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization; ability to participate in development of resource plans and structures and influence organizational priorities
