KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Internal Communications to join our Global Corporate Affairs Group which is a part of KPMG International.


+ Create and execute internal communications strategy for KPMG IMPACT, our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) program

+ Serve as lead internal communicator for KPMG's Global Tax & Legal group

+ Ensure delivery of projects on time and on budget managing stakeholder expectations throughout the process to ensure successful delivery and satisfied clients

+ Independently identifies issues and provides compelling and well thought out solutions to problems of high complexity

+ Build long-term customer relationships including negotiating service levels and defining project scope and cost

+ Bring extensive knowledge of internal communications best practices and employs them consistently


+ Minimum seven years of experience in a communications or journalism field with at least four of those years in large corporate setting, preferably professional services

+ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience

+ Excellent writing and communication skills, with an ability to grasp business objectives and translate into actionable technical and functional requirements

+ Strong influencing and communication skills to act professionally, calmly and persuasively when dealing with senior stakeholders

+ Experience working in a culturally diverse environment and ability to work a flexible schedule to interact with colleagues around the world

+ Up to 10% travel
